Spain Uñó, Claudi (°NULL) - Spain

Uñó Claudi
Son of a patissier, Claudi Uñó started working the family business "Pastelería Uñó" in Mataró, Barcelona. However, he wanted to widen his horizons and to go work for many other renowned Spanish pastry chefs, before returning to these roots. 
He went to France to work and study at the Ecole Nationale de Pâtisserie Française Yssangeaux, which marked his future work for good. 
He won several golden medals and the title of "Meilleur Ouvrier Espagnol 1993"
Claudi Uñó works closely with Spanish trade magazines like "Dulcypas" and "Confitería Espagnola". 
Claudi Uñó is also a "Callebaut Chocolate Ambassador", giving demonstrations with this chocolate all over Spain.
