Johnny Chan is the Assistant General Manager of Pastry Global Food Services Ltd in Hong Kong. He has taken up many master courses in Europe, as well as in the US.
Having won some gold and silver medals himself, Johnny Chan has been a jury member in several professional competitions in China and abroad. He is a Callebaut Chocolate Ambassador.
It is Johnny Chan's mission to share with and pass on his passion, knowledge and skills to the young professionals who will continue to enhance the quality of the trade. This is also the driving force for hom to search for new knowledge and techniques for the benefits of the pastry and chocolate profession in China.
