Andrea Slitti is one of Italy's most famous chocolatiers. He originally joined the family business "Tarrefazione di Caffè", which he later on transformed into a genuine chocolate store.
Over the years, he won several competitions, like the "Grand Prix International de la Chocolaterie" in Paris in 1994 and the Golden Medal at the Gastronomic Olympic Games in Berlin.
He has been referred to as "one of the 8 best chocolatiers in the world" by 'The Chocolate Companion' and "the Armani of the Chocolate World" by 'Mediterranean Direct'.
