The contestants in the Italian Chocolate Masters selections have 12 hours and 30 minutes to create a chocolate showpiece to the theme of Haute Couture, 2 types of pralines, a chocolate pastry, a chocolate dessert and the Mystery Box showpiece for which they will receive their instructions during the competition. 
On the 1st day, all contestants will set up their large showpiece. 
On  the 2nd day the first team of contestants will complete their assignment and on the 3rd day, the second team competes.
The results will be announced at the end of the 3rd day.
