300g Callebaut white chocolate W
Coffee Extract
Paddy’s Irish Whiskey

Irish Cream Butter Ganache:
110g Butter
300g Callebaut  white chocolate W
Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur

Dipped in Callebaut dark chocolate 811
