Yves Thuriès is the owner of “Le Grand Ecuyer” (4 stars), “L’Hostellerie du Vieux Cordes” (3 stars), “Hotel de la Cité” (2 stars), but also did he start up pastry stores in Dakar, Abidjan and USA. He has been giving demonstrations around Europe and Asia.
Yves Thuriès won many competitions like the MOF, and was elected President of the MOF of the South-West in 1995. He also created “Thuriès Magazine Gastronomie” and the Museum of Sugar Art at the top of the medieval city Cordes sur Ciel.
He currently employs over 200 people in his different activities.
