Willie Pike is currently Chef Consultant.
Having worked as Executive chef for different hotels, he gained a wide experience in the culinary field. He has won many competitions worldwide, both individually and with the Scottish national team.
Willie Pike appeared in several TV shows and wrote some Masterclass Articles for trade magazines. He has given numerous demonstrations on Modern Petit Fours, desserts etc. at exhibitions and Sheffield University.
