Lennart Landh is the chef-owner of "La Gott", which he started up in 1996. He is a pastry chef and an ice-carving specialist, but also a consultant for different companies and a former teacher.
Lennart Landh is the organisor of the "Callebaut Nordic Trophy".
He is also a Callebaut Chocolate Ambassador.
