Markus Kunz is the Owner Chef of Bäkerei-Konditorei Confiserie Kunz in Frick. After obtaining the degree of Confectionery Master, he worked for several patissiers and confectionners, before joining the family business. After a few years, he took over the business and developed it further.
In 2005, Markus Kunz won the Innovation Award of SBKV/Richemont, in 2006 the Marktkiekergewinn in the Künstlerhaus in Munich (an Oscar for bakery industry in the German speaking area) and in 2007 the Unternehmerspreis for the Kanton of Aargau.
