Jaroslaw Zbaliszyn started off as a technical advisor, importing raw materials from all over Europe for artisan confectioners and bakeries. He took many trainings and courses in Europe, and he was seen as one of the specialists of new technologies in Poland, especially keeping up with new trends in mousses, desserts, chocolate, sugar decorations, pralines and others.
Jaroslaw Zbaliszyn was one of the teachers in the first private confectionery school in Poznan, and gives guest courses at the Warszaw Confectionery School.
He has been a jury member in the WPTC in Phoenix Arizona and partially responsible for the organisation of the World Championship in Poznan in 2002.
Jaroslaw Zbaliszyn is now the general manager of the Polish office of an Italian company, importing ingredients for ice cream and confectionery.
