Romain Leemann, the 27-year-old chocolatier of Christophe Morel Chocolatier, has won the Canadian selection for the World Chocolate Masters in Montreal. He was the best of 8 contestants.
The contestants and their creations were carefully judged by a jury of highly qualified chocolate professionals. President of the jury was Joel Bellouet from France.
