Sylvain Marron will represent Sweden at the World Chocolate Masters final in Paris in October

Scandinavian Press Award for Sylvain Marron
During the Scandinavian pre-selection held in Copenhagen in February 2009, Sylvain Marron won the 1st prize given by the Press attending the Tema Fair. This young and French-Swedish Pastry Chef showed his impressive talent through a beautiful showpiece and tasty pralines and desserts. He will represent Sweden at the World Chocolate Masters Finals in Paris on October 14-16th, 2009. 

Work experience all over Europe
After working widely in France and in England, Sylvain became the Executive Pastry Chef of the famous Berzelii Choklad, based in Göteborg. To challenge himself he has also attended many competitions such as the Årets pralin in Stockhom, where he won the 1st prize in 2007.

Will he also impress the International Jury in October?
