Aleksandr Kislitsin becomes Russian Chocolate Master 2008/09

Moscow, November 29th, 2008 - Aleksandr Kislitsin, the chef consultant of "VIP Master" company, has won the Russian national selection for the World Chocolate Masters. He was the best of six contestants from some of the country’s leading restaurants.
The Russian final of the World Chocolate Masters took place at the 3rd Salon du Chocolat in Moscow. The competition was organised by Barry Callebaut and its Chocolate Academy; and sponsored by De Buyer, Kitchen Aid.

The jury was composed of Russian and international chocolate experts such as Jean-Pierre Wybauw, Technical Advisor Chocolate Academy Barry Callebaut in Belgium, Loran Bourcie, pastry chef “Wolkonsky-Kaizer”, Moscow, Tamara Sharova, President of Moscow’s culinary association, Alexander Ilyukhin, executive chef “Loko Service”, Russian National Chocolate Master 2007 and Eduard Lebedev, Technical Advisor Chocolate Academy Barry Callebaut in Russia.
