Daniel Staron wins Polish preselection
Daniel Staron, the pastry chef of "Santos Pastry", has won the Polish national selection for the World Chocolate Master. The second prize went to Ryszard Wawrzyniak from Grodzisk Wielkopolski, the third prize was for Jarosław Wrzoskiewiczn from Starogard Gdański.
Staron to represent Poland in the world finals
The Polish Chocolate Masters selection was held at the Tema exhibition in Copenhagen and judged by a mixed Polish and Danish jury. Daniel Staron is the pastry chef of Krościenko Wyżne. He was the best of four contestants and has won several competitions in the past. In October 2009, he will represent Poland in the world finals.
