The Chinese selection for the 2009 World Chocolate Masters has been be held at the Chocolate Academy China in Suzhou on January 22nd, 2009.
Chairman of the Jury was Mr. Herve Lemonon from Mandarin Oriental Macao. He announced Lei Fu Veng as the winner and official finalist for China at the 2009 world finals.
