Swedish winner selected at international Scandinavian preselection
The selection of the Swedish representative for the World Chocolate Masters finals 2009 took place in Copenhagen on 22-24th February 2009.  It was part of the Scandinavian preselection.   
The two contestants with the highest score, will represent their country at the world finals. For this edition, the winners are Sylvain Marron from Sweden and Andreas Overgaard from Denmark. 

Two days of competition
The contestants in the Scandinavian preselection had 2 competition days to prove themselves. They prepared chocolate showpieces, pastry, two pralines and a dessert. A professional jury evaluated all creations and selected the winners.

Scandinavian Press Award
The Scandinavian press athat attended the competition, voted on the shocolate showpieces and tasted the pralines of all contestants. Their winner was Sylvain Marron from Göteborg, Sweden.
