Mark Tilling kept his promise and impressed the jury and public at the UK Chocolate Masters competition with the most beautiful showpieces and delicous creations.
Runners-up were Oliver Drayton (2nd place) and Sebastian Kobelt (3rd place).
The public voted for the best pralines and awarded Sebastian Kobelt with the "People's Choice Praline". A jury of chocolatiers voted for Oliver Drayton and gave him the "Chocolatiers' Choice Praline".
