Madrid, November 29th, 2008 - Sergi Vela has won the Spanish selection for the World Chocolate Masters in Madrid. After two days of hard competition, the jury president, Paco Torreblanca, announced Sergi Vela as the winner.
The competition took place at the Chocomad exhibition in the Pabellón de Cristal de la Casa de Campo de Madrid. The jury was composed of Chocolate Ambassadors of Cacao Barry and Callebaut.
