National Selections

All contestants in the German national selection have the assignment to create the following : 

 One chocolate showpiece, fitting the theme of "Haute Couture"
 One moulded & one dipped praline
 One chocolate pastry
 One gastronomic chocolate dessert
 One small showpiece from the “Mystery Box”
