Rimini, January 19th, 2009 - The Italian national selection for World Chocolate Masters was won by Ernst Knam. The 2nd prize went to Daniele Orlando, the 3rd prize to Antonio Calosi.
As a good tradition, the Italian national competition was held at the Sigep exhibition in Rimini, in front of a very numerous crowd. The professional jury finally appointed Ernst Knam as the best of the 12 participants.
Will Ernst Knam take the example of the previous Italian winners Fabrizion Galla and Carmelo Sciampagna and go for a top 3 ranking at the World finals?
