Radisson SAS Hotel in Cologne
This brand new confectionery chef is the patissier of the Radisson SAS Hotel in cologne. He achieved the Taste Award during 2006 Junior Chocolate Masters competition and is now contestant of the 2008 main competition. His aim: To challenge himself and to collect new ideas for his future career.
